$114,900

This beautiful and private 10-acre property has just had a dramatic price reduction. It sits at the end of a quiet, county-maintained road in the scenic Green Mountain area, just above Swofford Pond and Riffe Lake in Mossyrock, WA. The seller is looking for a quick “AS IS” sale. The land features an open meadow, a year-round creek, and plenty of wildlife. Because of the wetland area and year-round creek, a critical area study is needed to identify the best spot for building. We are confident a building site exists on the property, but the seller cannot apply for or pay for the study. Mossyrock is only a 10-minute drive away, and both Portland and Seattle are within two hours by car. Outdoor activities are close by, including fishing and boating at Riffe Lake, Mayfield Lake, and Swofford Pond. You can also hike and hunt on nearby state lands or ski at White Pass Ski Resort. This property has a lot to offer and is definitely worth a look.
