About Kenna Maltman Walker

I was born and raised on the North Oregon Coast, and this place has always been home to me. I know the beauty of our communities, the changing seasons, the small-town connections, and what makes living here so special. There's something incredibly meaningful about helping people find their own place in a community I've loved my entire life.

Before real estate, being an educator shaped so much of who I am. I learned that everyone has a different way of learning, different priorities, and different needs and that listening matters. I've carried that perspective with me into real estate.

I believe my first job as a Realtor is to educate. My clients should understand the process, know their options, and feel confident making decisions that are right for them. My second job is to advocate - to be in their corner, pay attention to the details, negotiate when it matters, and help navigate the unexpected.

And perhaps most importantly, I believe real estate is about people, not houses.

I'm a mom to three daughters, so I understand that home is about much more than square footage, finishes, and a list price. It's where your kids grow up, where holidays happen, where memories are made, and where life unfolds. That perspective has made me especially passionate about helping families find a home that fits not just their needs today, but the life they're building.

When I'm not helping clients, you'll usually find me with my family, enjoying the outdoors, staying active, or making the most of life here on the Oregon Coast. My faith is also a meaningful part of who I am and influences how I strive to treat people - with honesty, kindness, integrity, and a heart for serving others.
